Some minor additions and map pack

I made some minor text edits, which should be helpful to run the adventure at your table:

• I added the NPCs' names to the "hooks & clues"-table, 
• Added some more pointers to Ambercove to the  lab description, and
• Corrected the number of pyramids in the lab description.

I also put the two maps in one zip archive.
